In charge of improving the process and business system of our service [mister suite] as an Operation Specialist


    Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting from reservation to check out of the Airbnb guests from all around the world
  • Managing operations of the cleaning by cooperating with the cleaning staff
  • Aggregating and analyzing inquiries from guests and clients
  • *We have a flat and fair work environment where everyone can suggest/propose any improvements/ideas when needed. Everyone’s input is highly valued and welcomed. Moreover, there are chances to be involved in creating new services/projects aside from ordinary work



  • Who would like to promote inbound/ vacation rental business
  • Can cooperate with team to solve problems
  • Comfortable using new systems
  • Can speak both English and Japanese

Nice-to-have Skills

  • Can speak either Chinese or Korean
  • Studied or worked in abroad
  • Knowledge in travel industry
