Account Manager

Job Description

As a Client Partner of our service [mister suite], Account Manager will propose and plan attractive services in order to maximize the revenue through vacation rental operation

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the operation of the customers you are in charge, following up after the operation starts
  • Support to attract more customers by advising the property occupancy rate and seasonality
  • Improving the existing services and analyzing the inquiries
  • Asking opinions to increase the satisfaction level of the existing clients
  • *Communication with the client will be mainly by email or phone. While expanding the market as a leader of the industry, we emphasize in building good relationship with the clients and to deliver good quality services

    In addition, we have a flat and fair work environment where everyone can suggest/propose any improvements/ideas when needed. Everyone’s input is highly valued and welcomed. Moreover, there are chances to be involved in creating new services/projects aside from ordinary work.


Nice-to-have Skills

  • Customer Support Experience in Japanese and English
  • Working Experience in overseas
  • Experience in real estate / property lease industry
