In line with the “Aichi-Startup Strategy” launched in 2018, Aichi Prefecture has been fostering an environment supportive of startups, designating the Aichi, Nagoya, and Hamamatsu areas as “Global Hub Cities” for startup ecosystems in Japan. The region’s vibrant manufacturing sector has spurred the development of incubator facilities, creating new opportunities for collaboration between startups and established firms. As part of STATION Ai’s vision, Minn STATION Ai Nagoya will collaborate with resident startups, corporations, and research institutions to incorporate R&D, AI, and sustainable practices into hotel operations. This collaboration will include concept rooms equipped with IoT and tech-driven solutions, as well as dedicated spaces for product trials and demonstrations, offering guests a unique opportunity to experience the latest in startup innovations. Minn STATION Ai Nagoya offers versatile accommodations with kitchen-equipped apartments ideal for startups, families, and groups. Occupying the top seven floors of the STATION Ai building, the hotel has 25 guest rooms ranging from 2-person to 14-person accommodations, making it suitable for extended stays, training sessions, and tourism. Guests can also enjoy social and dining areas as well as a rooftop terrace with scenic views of Tsurumai Park, all designed to offer a welcoming space for both short-term and long-term visitors.
