Today, we’ve identified the possibility of unauthorized access to reservation data for some of our hotels in the Tokyo area that were booked through certain reservation sites.

We are working closely with the relevant parties to swiftly investigate the following issues that have been confirmed for some guests:

・The potential leakage of personal information included in reservation details.
・The sending of emails that were not intended by our company or the hotel.

Some hotels in the Tokyo area operated by SQUEEZE.

【Request to Guests】
We kindly ask that you do not access any suspicious links or attachments in emails sent from certain reservation sites. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the content of such emails, please contact the reservation site or the relevant hotel directly.

Please note that our company and our hotels will never ask you to make a payment or access an external website without a legitimate reason. If you receive an email of this nature, please exercise extreme caution and refrain from clicking on any links or making any payments.
