Located in central Tokyo’s historic Nihonbashi district, the hotel is a conversion of a former office building, redesigned to meet modern lodging needs—particularly the growing demand from international travelers. Note: “Conversion” refers to the architectural method of repurposing an existing structure—without demolition—into a new functional use. By preserving structural elements, this method promotes sustainable development and environmental conservation.

From Office to Apartment Hotel – A New Hub for Local Tokyo Living

Situated in Hakozaki, Nihonbashi—a neighborhood where history meets modernity—the hotel offers a calm yet convenient location. Guests can explore nearby historic areas like Suitengu Shrine, Ningyocho, and Kayabacho, and enjoy a range of attractions from traditional sweets shops to stylish cafés and restaurants.

Originally built as an office building, the property has been extensively renovated into a modern hotel that accommodates a variety of travel styles—from families to business travelers and long-term guests. Rooms for up to 8 guests are available, offering spacious layouts perfect for group stays, business trips, or workations.
