(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Koshiro Kawamoto) and its consolidated subsidiary, fav hospitality group Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Hidekazu Ogata, hereinafter “FHG”).

Following the launch at FAV LUX Sapporo Susukino in July 2025, suitebook has now been adopted at two additional properties:

Profile of CEO Shinichi Tatebayashi

Born in Hokkaido, Japan. After graduating from Tokai University with a degree in Political Science and Economics, he worked at Goldman Sachs (Singapore Office). He then joined TripAdvisor (Singapore Office), where he managed display advertising operations. In September 2014, he founded SQUEEZE Inc. and assumed the role of CEO.

The inspiration to establish SQUEEZE came from a personal experience of remotely managing a vacant house in Hokkaido as a short-term rental for international guests. This sparked a vision: to provide solutions that maximize the value of unused spaces and time.
Today, SQUEEZE not only operates its own hotels and develops systems but also provides comprehensive consulting services for digital transformation (DX) in the hospitality industry. Furthermore, we are taking on the challenge of connecting global hotel operations from Cambodia.
Leveraging our unique strength of combining technology with real-world operations, we aim to become a one-of-a-kind leading company capable of providing multifaceted solutions to challenges such as real estate utilization and workforce acquisition.
