SQUEEZE Inc. (Head Office: Kitahiroshima, Hokkaido; CEO: Shinichi Tatebayashi; hereinafter “SQUEEZE”) is accelerating the implementation of its “One Platform” vision—an integrated digital foundation for hotel management—by expanding hardware solutions (POS and KIOSK) that seamlessly connect with its next-generation operations platform, suitebook. By unifying software and hardware, SQUEEZE enables hotel operators to simultaneously improve on-site operational efficiency, elevate guest experience, and leverage real-time data across the entire property.
■ Background
While the hotel industry continues to adopt systems designed to streamline operations and reduce labor, many on-site processes—such as housekeeping, accounting, and check-in—remain fragmented. Recognizing that software alone cannot address the realities of on-the-ground operations, SQUEEZE has been developing an integrated operational foundation that connects suitebook with a suite of hardware devices. Leveraging knowledge gained from operating approximately 40 properties nationwide (including its own brand “Minn”), SQUEEZE continues to drive Hospitality Digital Transformation (AX) through direct insights from the field.
■ Hardware Solutions
POS: Real-Time Sales Integration Enhancing Operational and Revenue Management

SQUEEZE’s POS system centralizes all on-site sales and accounting data in real time. “suitebook POS” includes a self-checkout terminal that enables guests to purchase amenities, souvenirs, breakfast tickets, and other ancillary items without staff intervention—simultaneously improving convenience and maximizing revenue opportunities. By removing manual counting and closing tasks, the system significantly reduces human error and operational delays. Hotel operators gain timely and accurate visibility into revenue, occupancy, and inventory, and can manage multiple properties from one dashboard, enabling advanced revenue analysis and pricing optimization. All POS data is integrated within suitebook alongside accommodation, housekeeping, and operational data, dramatically improving both the speed and precision of management decision-making.

KIOSK: Transforming Check-In for Greater Efficiency and Guest Satisfaction

“suitebook KIOSK” synchronizes check-in processes with suitebook in real time, offering both efficiency improvements and a smoother guest experience. The device supports contactless verification using Mobile Suica and other IC transit cards, as well as passport scanning, enabling seamless check-in for both domestic and international guests. Integration with existing keycard systems such as MIWA allows for easy adoption without major system replacements. Its stylish, space-efficient design fits even compact front desk areas. The KIOSK also supports AI avatar guidance, text-to-speech, and remote staff assistance, delivering warm, human-like interaction in a non-face-to-face format. Check-in data unified within suitebook can further inform operational routing, upsell strategies, and personalized communication—enhancing both efficiency and revenue potential.

■ Future Outlook
SQUEEZE will continue expanding hardware integrations centered around suitebook. The company is currently developing an in-room hardware device aimed at enhancing guest experience during their stay. Designed for real-time suitebook integration, the device will enable guests to intuitively access information, make inquiries, and purchase additional services—delivering a frictionless next-generation room experience. By combining historical stay data and purchasing behavior within suitebook, SQUEEZE aims to provide personalized touchpoints across all phases of the guest journey—from pre-stay communication to on-site guidance and post-stay engagement. Through these innovations, suitebook will evolve from an “operations platform” to a “marketing platform,” supporting both operational efficiency and guest value creation.
