Through this initiative, SQUEEZE’s accommodation operations infrastructure—including its operational platform “suitebook,” cloud-based operations, and system implementation support—is integrated with REALGATE’s expertise in aging building redevelopment.
Together, the two companies will promote an urban hotel model that provides integrated support from the planning stage through development, operations, and revenue management.
As the first phase of this initiative, “SHIFT HOTEL SHIBUYA HATAGAYA” will open on January 17, 2026.
Following this opening, the partnership plans to expand to Hatagaya and Jinnan in Shibuya-ku, as well as Higashi-Azabu and Tamachi in Minato-ku, with a total of four locations and approximately 50 guest rooms scheduled to open by January 2027.
