(President: Yasuaki Nagai; Head Office: Nakamura-ku, Nagoya).
Following the initial rollout in December last year, deployment is scheduled across all 15 properties, totaling approximately 2,092 rooms, by 2026. In addition, “suitebook KIOSK,” previously utilized in SQUEEZE-operated properties, will now be provided externally and supports cash payments. Through this project, SQUEEZE aims to improve operational efficiency and reallocate created time to guest services, thereby enhancing guest satisfaction and establishing a sustainable operational framework.

1. Integration of Operational Infrastructure Across All 15 “Sanco Inn Hotels,” Approximately 2,092 Rooms
Following the initial rollout in December 2025, the system will be deployed across all 15 properties by 2026. The entire chain’s operations will be redefined through technology to drive operational optimization.
2. Expansion of Market Compatibility Through Cash Payment Support
To meet diverse guest needs, cash payment functionality has been implemented in the KIOSK. This enables deployment not only in the apartment hotel segment but also across a wide range of business and city hotels in Japan.

▶ Check-in Terminal “suitebook KIOSK”
“suitebook KIOSK” is a check-in terminal that operates in real time with “suitebook.”
It integrates payment terminals and PMS, which have traditionally been fragmented, and centralizes check-in, payment, and accommodation data instantly. It supports contactless authentication via Mobile Suica and transportation IC cards and can also integrate with existing key card systems, enabling implementation without large-scale renovations. In addition, this initiative includes support for cash payments, allowing flexible responses to diverse guest needs.
Furthermore, AI avatar-based guidance and remote support functions enable warm, non-face-to-face guest service. The integrated data can also be utilized to optimize guest flow and drive upselling strategies, supporting both operational efficiency and revenue opportunities.
