HOTEL B4T

Introduced to JR East Group as the first accommodation management system linked with Suica

We developed the system for B4T, a new hotel brand developed by the JR Group.
As the first initiative in Japan, Suica smart locks are used as hotel room keys and are linked to an in-house developed operations management system to create a new guest experience.
