Strengthening the Executive Team
Since its founding, SQUEEZE Inc. has remained committed to its mission of “creating a society filled with value.”
Leveraging both technology and operational expertise, the company has innovated in the hospitality and real estate sectors—particularly through the development and deployment of its proprietary cloud-based property management system “suitebook” and nationwide rollout of smart hotels.
SQUEEZE Inc. is also pioneering new forms of hospitality in collaboration with transportation, local governments, and communities. To support this expansion and its growing impact, the addition of two leaders with strong track records in finance, marketing, and business development is expected to further accelerate its growth trajectory.
Executive Profiles
Tetsuhiko Anyoji|Director, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
After graduating from the University of Tokyo with a degree in Economics, Mr. Anyoji worked in the startup space across the real estate and mobile gaming industries, managing corporate functions and preparing companies for IPO. At GREE, he led M&A, investment, and IR activities as Manager of Finance and Investment. He later served as CEO of ContractS Inc. before joining SQUEEZE Inc. in September 2024. He was appointed Director and CFO in April 2025.
Comment:
The growing inbound tourism trend presents enormous opportunities for the hospitality industry, but structural challenges such as labor shortages and community disengagement are becoming increasingly serious.
At SQUEEZE Inc., we aim to uncover hidden value through the power of technology and real-world operations.
As CFO, I will work to achieve a balance between sustainability and growth while helping deliver indispensable services to stakeholders both in Japan and abroad.

Kentaro Watanabe|Executive Officer, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
While studying at Chuo University, Mr. Watanabe joined GMO Ad Partners (now GMO Internet Group), where he became the youngest-ever board member at age 26 through a subsidiary launch. Over the next decade, he served as CEO, building multiple ad tech businesses and scaling teams to over 100 members. He joined SQUEEZE Inc. in January 2025, where he now oversees business development and marketing.
Comment:
The surge in inbound travelers has worsened the labor shortage in the hotel sector. Leveraging DX solutions such as cloud reception and smart hotel systems developed by SQUEEZE Inc. can streamline front desk and reservation tasks, enabling staff to focus on high-value services.
This leads not only to enhanced guest satisfaction, but also cost efficiency and better quality control—strengthening hotel competitiveness overall.
I look forward to using my background in digital marketing and business development to optimize pricing, customer engagement, and guest experiences through technology and AI.

CEO Message
Toward a society filled with value
I began my journey by remotely managing a vacant house in my hometown in Hokkaido. That experience inspired me to launch SQUEEZE Inc. with a vision to create solutions that bring value to unused spaces and time.
Today, we not only operate our own hotel brands and develop technology, but also consult broadly on DX strategies for the hospitality sector. Our team in Cambodia helps connect our operations globally.
By combining technology with real-world hospitality, we aim to be a one-of-a-kind leader solving challenges in real estate utilization, workforce, and beyond.
