Through the development of its proprietary cloud-based hotel management system “suitebook” and nationwide hotel operations, the company is revitalizing underutilized assets and reimagining tourism infrastructure.

In Hokkaido, SQUEEZE Inc. has launched multiple development and operational projects, including several in Kitahiroshima City—where urban development and tourism initiatives are rapidly evolving. Opened March 28, 2025, as part of the “Kitahiro-Hometown BASE” revitalization initiative. The hotel promotes regional interaction with a “Life Innovation Hub” concept and is the first in Hokkaido to adopt the “Suica Smart Lock.” Developed in collaboration with major partners including Nihon Escon.

Opened in December 2022, just one stop from New Chitose Airport. Located 8 minutes from JR Minami-Chitose Station, the hotel supports travelers exploring the region and serves as a base for nearby residents working on-site.

Opened in July 2020. A full-floor conversion in the iconic F45 building in Susukino, Sapporo. The facility features a shared lounge with a large screen for events, performances, and public viewings, serving as a community hub.

Born in Asahikawa, Hokkaido. Graduated from Tokai University (Political Economy).

Started his career at Goldman Sachs Singapore, then worked at TripAdvisor Singapore in display advertising. Founded SQUEEZE Inc. in September 2014 and currently serves as CEO.
