SQUEEZE Inc. (Head Office: Kitahiroshima, Hokkaido; CEO: Shinichi Tatebayashi), a company driving AX (AI Transformation) in the hotel and tourism industry, announces the expansion of “suitebook” across hotels operated by Kasumigaseki Capital Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Koshiro Kawamoto) and its consolidated subsidiary fav hospitality group Inc. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hidekazu Ogata, hereinafter “FHG”). As of the end of March 2026, the system is scheduled to be implemented across 20 properties and 1,124 rooms, including both newly opened and existing facilities.
Implementation is progressing across multiple brands and regions, and its use as an operational infrastructure for group-operated hotels is expanding. In addition, implementation has already been decided for upcoming properties, and the scale of deployment is expected to continue expanding.
■ Background
In hotel operations spanning multiple brands and regions, it is essential to build an integrated platform that unifies processes from the development phase to daily operations, revenue management, and accounting management.
Traditionally, different systems and operational workflows have often coexisted for each function. However, to improve operational efficiency and advance data utilization, there is an increasing need for a unified platform that centrally manages information.
suitebook is a next-generation operations platform that integrates not only accommodation revenue management but also revenue management and accounting-related data. Its ability to provide end-to-end support from new property launches to optimization of existing operations has been highly valued, leading to its expanding adoption.

Deployment is progressing across multiple brands such as fav, FAV LUX, seven x seven, edit x seven, and BASE LAYER HOTEL, across major cities and tourist destinations nationwide.

In doing so, the company aims to contribute to increasing asset value for hotel owners and investors while accelerating AX across the entire hotel and tourism industry.

■ Hotel AX Platform Provided by SQUEEZE
SQUEEZE provides a one-platform AX infrastructure that integrates operations, data, and customer touchpoints required for hotel management. Traditionally, PMS, payment terminals, and check-in systems have been implemented and operated separately, creating fragmentation that increased operational burden and limited data utilization.
This platform integrates these systems and enables real-time data connectivity, achieving both operational efficiency on-site and a data foundation that supports management decision-making.
