Operating and planning a next-generation smart hotel located on the top floor of the startup support hub "STATION Ai"

"Minn STATION Ai Nagoya" is a 25-room stay-type hotel located on the top floor of "STATION Ai," one of Japan's largest startup support hubs, opening in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture.

The stay itself becomes a place to demonstrate and experience cutting-edge technology, making it a true model of a "co-creation hotel" that aims, together with the startup community, to create the services of the future.

Participating in Smart Hotel Operations through Co-Creation with STATION Ai

Participating in the development and operation of an accommodation facility within "STATION Ai," an innovation hub that brings together startups from Japan and overseas. Driving the creation of spaces where cutting-edge services and products can be demonstrated and experienced.

Advancing IoT Utilization, Including Smart Locks, in Conjunction with "suitebook"

Integrating SQUEEZE's proprietary cloud-based accommodation management system "suitebook" with the "Suica Smart Lock" and other systems via API, achieving contactless, highly efficient hotel operations. Continuing technology development with an eye toward further integration with AI and IoT.

R&D Support Using Concept Rooms and Shared Spaces

Planning and introducing concept rooms that let guests experience new technologies through their stay, making use of guest rooms and shared spaces. Also planned as a venue for product testing and feedback in collaboration with resident companies and research institutions.
