Implementing Next-Generation Smart Operations: A Group-Oriented Lifestyle Hotel in Sapporo

At "FAV LUX Sapporo Susukino," which opened in Susukino, one of Hokkaido's leading entertainment districts, SQUEEZE has provided consistent support from the planning stage through operational structure development, operations design, and system implementation.

This project was carried out jointly with fav hospitality group, a consolidated subsidiary of Kasumigaseki Capital. It was developed as a next-generation lifestyle hotel that meets diversifying accommodation needs, including urban tourism and mid- to long-term stays.

Through "implementation-focused operational support" that looks ahead from hotel launch through the post-opening operational phase, SQUEEZE achieves both profitability and an enhanced guest experience.

Opening Support and Operations Design

Providing comprehensive support from organizing the hotel concept to guest room and common area layout design, operational flow design, opening preparations, and staff structure development. We designed an operational model that balances the high-turnover operations unique to urban hotels with the "lifestyle" character of the FAV brand, building a foundation for hotel operations that generates sustainable revenue while accommodating diverse use cases such as tourism, leisure, and business.
