SQUEEZE supported the rollout of its next-generation operations platform "suitebook" across all 37 locations of "Hotel Wing International" (currently being rebranded to KOKOHOTELS), operated by Minacea Co., Ltd.
In this project, the core system was integrated across a nationwide hotel chain in a short period of approximately 10 months. Going beyond simple system implementation, SQUEEZE drew on the expertise gained from operating its own hotels to provide consistent support, from reviewing business processes to redesigning the operational structure.
To address challenges common in the hotel industry, such as labor shortages and overreliance on individual expertise, SQUEEZE built an operational foundation centered on data utilization, achieving both more efficient on-site operations and more sophisticated management decision-making.
Through "implementation-focused DX support" that combines technology with operational know-how, SQUEEZE supports improved productivity and sustainable growth in hotel operations.
