By approaching real estate regeneration and hotel operations as one integrated process, we aim to build a new urban hotel model that is viable even at a small scale.

This project is positioned as a conversion-type hotel regeneration model that addresses the social challenge of vacant and aging real estate by converting old buildings for hotel use.

For old buildings that were traditionally difficult to convert into hotels due to scale and building code constraints, we design real estate regeneration and hotel operations together as a single process, implementing a sustainable hotel operation model even at a small scale.
