Implemented the next-generation operations platform "suitebook" and "suitebook KIOSK" across all 15 locations of "Sanko Inn Hotels," operated by Sanko Inn Co., Ltd. Supporting greater operational efficiency and an improved guest experience through on-site AX (AI Transformation).
SQUEEZE is rolling out its next-generation operations platform "suitebook" and "suitebook KIOSK" across all 15 locations of "Sanko Inn Hotels," totaling approximately 2,092 rooms, operated by Sanko Inn Co., Ltd.
Following an initial rollout in December 2025, the project is scheduled to expand to all locations within 2026. Going beyond simple system implementation, SQUEEZE provides end-to-end support — from identifying on-site challenges to designing operational workflows, implementing the system, and ensuring the new operations take hold.
Through this project, "suitebook KIOSK" also achieved compatibility with cash payments, opening the door to broader deployment across Japan's business hotel and city hotel markets and further accelerating AX adoption across the hotel industry.
By combining the on-site expertise gained from operating its own hotels with technology, SQUEEZE is working as an AX partner supporting sustainable hotel operations and driving transformation across the industry as a whole.
