SQUEEZE and ES-CON Japan sign hotel management contract for the JR Kitahiroshima Station West Exit Area Revitalization Project in Hokkaido; 「ES-CON Field HOKKAIDO Hotel Kitahiroshima Ekimae」 to open in March 2025.

SQUEEZE Inc. will operate the “ES-CON FIELD HOKKAIDO Hotel Kitahiroshima Ekimae”, a commercial building hotel in the JR Kitahiroshima Station “Station West Exit Area Revitalization Project” in Kitahiroshima City, Hokkaido, under a management contract with ES-CON Japan Ltd. Through the operation of this hotel, we will not only provide a new lodging experience, but also contribute to the regional revitalization of the entire city of Kitahiroshima in Hokkaido.

About 「ESCON Field HOKKAIDO Hotel Kitahiroshima Ekimae」

Aiming to create a next-generation hotel that will become a “Life Innovation Hub”

The hotel is positioned as part of the first project of “Kitahiro Hometown BASE,” the overall concept of the revitalization project for the area around the west exit of the station. The concept of the hotel itself is “Life Innovation Hub,” and it aims to be a place of interaction where many people can use and spend time as a new gateway to Kita Hiroshima Station, welcoming not only local residents but also a diverse range of human resources. (Scheduled to open in March 2025)

From the viewpoint of increasing the value of the current park in front of the station, we will also create a park inside the hotel, and will make every effort to ensure that the relaxation space that has been provided by the west exit park in front of the station will be carried on into the future.
In addition, we intend to create a next-generation hotel that will serve as a hub for the local community through the following initiatives.

Contribute to overall urban development through collaboration with 「tower eleven hotel」

In March 2023, SQUEEZE began operating the “tower eleven hotel” hotel and the “tower eleven onsen & sauna” hot spring bath facility at ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO, a new stadium in the HOKKAIDO BALLPALK F VILLAGE. The hotel is located overlooking the field and is the only one of its kind in the area. Since its opening, the hotel has been well received by many guests for its location overlooking the field and unique lodging experience.

In operating the ESCON Field HOKKAIDO Hotel Kitahiroshima Ekimae, we will strengthen cooperation with the tower eleven hotel and the ballpark as a whole, and aim to play a role as a “life innovation hub” that can be used by more people, both inside and outside of Hokkaido.

After acquiring the naming rights to “ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO” in 2020, we have been actively developing our business in Hokkaido with the opening of our Hokkaido branch. This complex will open in March 2025 as the first project of the “Station West Exit Area Revitalization Project,” a joint project with Kitahiroshima City.
