SQUEEZE Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shinichi Tatebayashi) has opened a new apartment hotel, Minn Kitahiroshima Station East, in Kitahiroshima City, Hokkaido, on April 4, 2025. This will be the second Minn brand property in Hokkaido, and the fifth property including other brands in Hokkaido.

This will be the second project in Hokkaido for the Company and Fujii Building, following the opening of the Sheater Sapporo in 2021. ■ Open “Sheater Sapporo” in Susukino by converting one floor of the building

In July 2020, one floor of “F45”, a restaurant building recognized as a landmark in Sapporo’s Susukino district, will be converted into a smart capsule hotel with a shared lounge, opening “Sheater Sapporo”. Taking advantage of the features of the lounge with a large screen, the hotel has grown into a facility that plays a new role as a local exchange center by hosting events by artists and companies and holding public viewing events.

■ ESCON FIELD HOKKAIDO begins operation of “tower eleven hotel,” a hotel inside the ballpark

In March 2023, we began operating the “tower eleven hotel” and the “tower eleven onsen & sauna,” a hot spring bath facility, at the new stadium, ESCON Field HOKKAIDO, located within the Hokkaido Ball Park F Village. Since its opening, the hotel has been well received by many guests for its location overlooking the field and unique accommodation experience.

■ Esconfield HOKKAIDO Hotel Kitahiroshima Ekimae, directly connected to the west exit of Kitahiroshima Station, will open on March 28, 2025

The hotel is positioned as an important project in the “Kitahiro Hometown BASE” project to revitalize the area around the west exit of the station, and will open on March 28, 2025. Under the concept of “Life Innovation Hub,” it aims to become a center of interaction where not only local residents but also a diverse range of people can gather and use as a new gateway to Kitahiroshima Station.
