SQUEEZE Expands Deployment of AX Platform “suitebook” Across Polaris Group – Supporting the Development of a Next-Generation Hotel Operating Model Across the Group Through Rollout to “KOKO HOTELS” Properties –

SQUEEZE Inc. (Head Office: Kitahiroshima, Hokkaido; CEO: Shinichi Tatebayashi; hereinafter “the Company”), a company driving AX (AI Transformation) in the hotel and tourism industry, announces that, following the group integration of Polaris Holdings Co., Ltd. and Minacia Co., Ltd., the next-generation operations platform “suitebook” will be sequentially implemented across “KOKO HOTELS” operated by the group.

Through this initiative, the Company will promote the unification of operational infrastructure across multiple brands. By addressing the increasingly severe labor shortage while enabling advanced data-driven hotel management, SQUEEZE will accelerate the development of next-generation infrastructure for the hospitality industry through its AX platform centered on “suitebook.”

■ Background and Objective: Establishing a Unified Platform for Large-Scale Operations

Following the integration of Polaris and Minacia, the group has expanded to one of the largest hotel operating scales in Japan. In managing large-scale operations across multiple brands, establishing a unified operational platform across the group and centrally managing operations and data are key to improving management efficiency.
To date, the Company has implemented and supported the operation of “suitebook” across 37 properties operated by Minacia, achieving standardization of on-site operations and improvements in operational efficiency. Leveraging this track record, the Company will expand the deployment to other properties within the Polaris Group, supporting the unification of operational infrastructure across the group and further advancement of management sophistication.

■ Proven Results of “suitebook” Implementation at the Operational Level

To date, SQUEEZE has implemented and supported the operation of “suitebook” across hotels operated by Minacia. In addressing the hospitality industry’s pressing challenges of “talent acquisition and training,” the following significant improvements have been observed.

【Key Functions and Effects】
・Streamlining guest services through smart check-in and remote support
・Data-driven decision-making through real-time visualization of sales, accounting, and occupancy rates
・Reduced workload and enhanced strategic capability in revenue management and marketing operations
・Improved back-office productivity through automation of reporting and billing processes

Through these initiatives, a system has been established that enables the stable delivery of a consistent level of service quality without relying on individual facility staffing.

【Key Results】
1. Reduction in training costs for new staff
With intuitive operability, cases have been confirmed where the system learning period was shortened from one month to one week
Staff perception of operational improvement
In internal surveys, over 90% reported improvements across multiple operational areas
3. Real-time management decision-making
In addition to sales and occupancy, data directly linked to GOP is visualized in real time

■ Comments from Both Parties

[Polaris Holdings Co., Ltd. Director and Chief Operating Officer
Head of Sales Division and Head of Operations Division, Kazuyoshi Shimojima]

“With the integration of Polaris Holdings and Minacia, our group has significantly expanded both in operational scale and brand portfolio. At the same time, optimizing operations across multiple brands and advancing data-driven management have become critical themes for achieving sustainable growth.
The results demonstrated by the implementation of ‘suitebook’ at Minacia go beyond simple operational efficiency, achieving both improved on-site productivity and stable service quality. We recognize this as a key foundation for realizing the ‘next-generation hotel operating model’ that we aim to build.
Going forward, through deployment across Polaris properties, we will promote the unification of operational infrastructure across the group while further advancing data-driven decision-making to deliver higher value to our customers.
We will continue to leverage the power of technology to the fullest, pursuing a new form of hotel operations that integrates people and digital solutions, and contributing to the development of the industry as a whole.”

[SQUEEZE Inc. Representative Director & CEO Shinichi Tatebayashi]

“We are honored to advance our collaboration with Polaris, which operates one of the largest hotel portfolios in Japan, on an even greater scale. With the rapid recovery in tourism demand, the hotel industry is facing a severe labor shortage. By providing on-site-driven technology refined through our own operations, we aim to address the challenge of ‘operational standardization,’ which is unique to large-scale hotel chains, and to become an infrastructure company that contributes to enhancing the value of Japan’s hospitality industry as a whole.”

■ Future Outlook
Going forward, we will progressively expand the scope of “suitebook” utilization across the Polaris Holdings Group, supporting cross-functional decision-making through the centralization and visualization of operational data. In addition, through the introduction of KIOSK (automated check-in systems) and AI-driven feature enhancements, we will continue to evolve as a one-platform solution that enables AX, contributing to the establishment of a sustainable hotel operating framework.

■ Hotel AX Platform Provided by SQUEEZE
SQUEEZE provides a one-platform AX infrastructure that integrates operations, data, and customer touchpoints required for hotel management. Traditionally, PMS, payment terminals, and check-in systems have been implemented and operated separately, creating fragmentation that increased operational burden and limited data utilization.
This platform integrates these systems and enables real-time connectivity of operational data, achieving both improved on-site efficiency and a data foundation that supports management decision-making.
