Notice Concerning the Conclusion of a Comprehensive Business Alliance with Daiichi Realtor Co., Ltd.

(Head Office: Kitahiroshima City, Hokkaido; Representative Director & CEO: Shinichi Tatebayashi; Securities Code: 558A), a company driving AX (AI Transformation: the digital transformation of lodging operations through AI) within the hotel and tourism industry, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a comprehensive business alliance (comprehensive partnership) with Daiichi Realtor Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takashi Narada; hereinafter “Daiichi Realtor”), a primary supply partner responsible for the company’s real estate development and supply. The purpose of this alliance is to further strengthen the relationship between the two companies and generate medium- to long-term business synergies.

Background and Objectives of the Alliance

SQUEEZE is actively expanding its asset-light hospitality platform by leveraging “suitebook,” its proprietary property management system, alongside its remote operational framework. SQUEEZE and Daiichi Realtor have already established a strong, amicable, and highly productive collaborative relationship through multiple next-generation hotel projects, including “Minn Osaka Otaroad.”

Following Daiichi Realtor becoming a major shareholder with an 11.48% ownership stake, both companies reached a mutual understanding that closer integration of their respective strengths—Daiichi Realtor’s “Real Estate (development)” and SQUEEZE’s “Tech (DX-driven hotel operations)”—would directly enhance mutual corporate value, leading to the conclusion of this comprehensive business alliance.

Past Achievements and Future Collaborative Initiatives with Daiichi Realtor

Daiichi Realtor and SQUEEZE have jointly developed and operated multiple hospitality assets, including “Minn Nihonbashi Suitengumae” and “Minn Namba Nihonbashi.”

With the reinforcement of this comprehensive partnership, both companies will work closely together to advance the following strategic initiatives.

1. Promotion of Medium- to Long-Term Joint Development (Targeting approximately 30 properties over the next few years)

Both companies will collaborate closely from the land acquisition and hotel planning phases in major cities experiencing robust inbound and family demand, such as Tokyo, Osaka (expanding into the wider Kansai area following the success of Otaroad), Kyoto, and Fukuoka. Over the next few years, the partnership aims to jointly develop approximately 30 properties, establishing an agile and efficient framework for next-generation hotel development.

2. Establishing a Leading Model for Next-Generation Hospitality Development

Joint projects executed by SQUEEZE and Daiichi Realtor will be promoted nationwide as a standard role model for next-generation hotel development that seamlessly integrates technology and real estate. By combining Daiichi Realtor’s sophisticated expertise in land acquisition and development with SQUEEZE’s efficient operational platform, the partnership aims to demonstrate to the market a new benchmark of value for Japan’s tourism infrastructure.

Changes in Shareholder Structure

Prior to the conclusion of this alliance, changes in the Company’s shareholder structure have occurred following the Large Shareholding Report submitted by Daiichi Realtor to the Kanto Local Finance Bureau on June 11, 2026, and the subsequent Amendment Report submitted on June 17, 2026.

This change is a result of Daiichi Realtor purchasing the Company’s shares through both on-market and off-market transactions. Consequently, Daiichi Realtor’s total holding of the Company’s shares stands at 373,200 shares (representing an 11.48% ownership ratio). This total includes off-market transactions* conducted with JAFCO SV4 Investment Limited Partnership.

*The sale by JAFCO SV4 Investment Limited Partnership was appropriately executed in compliance with the lock-up agreement between the partnership and the lead underwriter.
