SQUEEZE Launches Strategic Hospitality Partnership with GLC GROUP – Accelerating “Hotel × AX”; Following the First Project in Okinawa, a Next-Generation Hotel is Planned for Haruyoshi, Fukuoka in Winter 2027 –

SQUEEZE Inc. (Head Office: Kitahiroshima, Hokkaido; CEO: Shinichi Tatebayashi; Securities Code: 558A; hereinafter “SQUEEZE”), a company driving AX (AI Transformation: AI-powered transformation of hotel operations) in the hospitality and tourism industry, announces that it has entered into a franchise agreement for its next-generation apartment hotel brand “Minn” with GLC GROUP Inc. (Head Office: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka; President: Hayato Takamura; TSE Standard: Securities Code 2970; hereinafter “GLC GROUP”), a company engaged in real estate development and energy businesses, and has commenced a comprehensive partnership in the hospitality sector.

As the first project under this collaboration, “Minn Naha Miebashi” (Naha City, Okinawa; 42 rooms), the inaugural project of GLC GROUP’s newly launched “Real Estate SPA Model – Hotel Version” growth strategy, is scheduled to open in early August 2026. Through the provision of the hotel AX platform “suitebook” and advanced smart hotel operating infrastructure, SQUEEZE will work alongside GLC COMPASS Inc., which was established by GLC GROUP to operate hospitality businesses, to build a highly efficient and sustainable hotel operating model powered by technology and rapidly expand it across major cities nationwide.

■ About “Minn – your second home,” the Franchise Brand

“Minn” is SQUEEZE’s apartment hotel brand, combining “minna” (meaning “everyone”) and “inn.” Under the concept of “Minn – your second home,” the brand provides accommodations that cater to a wide range of travel needs, including family vacations, trips with friends, and extended stays.

SQUEEZE’s next-generation hotel operations platform, “suitebook,” is used to improve guest experience while enabling efficient hotel operations.

■ Background: Advancing AX in the Hotel and Tourism Industry

While inbound demand remains robust, Japan’s hotel and tourism industry is facing structural challenges such as a severe labor shortage. In this environment, AX (AI Transformation)—the use of AI and cloud technologies to innovate on-site operations and enhance the value of hospitality assets—has become increasingly important.

Through the expansion of its next-generation apartment hotel brand “Minn,” SQUEEZE has built an advanced hospitality platform that combines digital technology with real-world operations.

In this alliance, by combining GLC GROUP’s “advanced architectural and development capabilities (real-world)” with SQUEEZE’s “advanced digital hotel operations infrastructure (tech),” the two companies aim to co-create a new tourism infrastructure model that contributes to regional economic development.

■ Future Development and Pipeline

This collaboration between the two companies extends beyond the first project, “Minn Naha Miebashi,” and is positioned as a comprehensive initiative with a pipeline of successive developments in mind.

As the second project, the companies are planning a hotel project in Haruyoshi, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, scheduled to open in winter 2027. By combining SQUEEZE’s cutting-edge smart operations utilizing AI and cloud technologies with GLC GROUP’s development capabilities as a strong business foundation, the two companies will accelerate deployment across major regional cities and develop the partnership into a new growth driver for both sides.

■ First Project Overview: “Minn Naha Miebashi”

Located in the Miebashi area of Naha, a hub for inbound tourism and group travel, “Minn Naha Miebashi” is a sophisticated next-generation apartment hotel.

The property will fully implement SQUEEZE’s “suitebook” platform, incorporating mobile check-in and remote guest support through an online concierge service. This enables both high-quality inbound hospitality tailored to individual guest needs and a smart, efficient operating model.
