By pursuing a dominant strategy in the Namba area, SQUEEZE is establishing an efficient multi-property operating model utilizing cloud reception services and remote operations. While “Minn Namba Nipponbashi” is positioned in Nipponbashi, a hub of Japanese pop culture, “Minn Namba South” embraces the concept of “Miyabi,” reflecting traditional Japanese aesthetics. Through the development of multiple properties in the Namba area, the Company aims to meet the diverse accommodation needs of travelers.
The property is conveniently located a five-minute walk from the South Exit of Nankai Namba Station and an eight-minute walk from Namba Station on the Osaka Metro lines, making it an ideal base for exploring Osaka. Popular attractions such as Dotonbori, Kuromon Market, and Tsutenkaku are all easily accessible, while the area also serves as a major gateway to Kansai International Airport.

In response, the Company has designed guest rooms with higher occupancy capacity, enabling the property to accommodate more travelers despite a limited number of rooms.
Among the room offerings, the 70㎡ “Executive One-Bedroom Suite 6-Bed Bunk Style” is the largest room type in the property, featuring four queen beds and two single beds. With ample space for up to 10 guests, it provides an environment where the entire group can stay together and share the experience.
All 34 guest rooms range from 35㎡ to 70㎡ in size, with a maximum guest capacity of 157. The property offers a variety of room layouts, including bunk-bed configurations. Every room is equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, and washer-dryer, ensuring a comfortable stay for both short-term and extended visits.
