Please tell me about the Company’s founding.
While living in Singapore and supporting private lodging management in Japan, Shinichi Tatebayashi, the founder of the Group, realized the rapid expansion of the inbound travel market in Japan. He also experienced how real estate values can be significantly increased depending on the management method.
Taking this as an opportunity, he established the Company in September 2014 to enter the accommodation management and operation business himself.

When does the Company announce its financial results?
The Company’s fiscal year ends on December 31 each year, and the full-year financial results are announced in February. For quarterly financial results announcements, please refer to the IR calendar.

When is the record date for dividend payments?
The record date for the year-end dividend is December 31.

 

Do you have a shareholder benefits program?
As of today, we do not offer a shareholder special benefit plan.

 

How many shares constitute a share unit?
A share unit consists of 100 shares.

How should I proceed with procedures such as name registration changes and address updates?
For various procedures related to shares, please contact the securities company where you have opened your trading account.

 

When is a general meeting of shareholders held?
An annual general meeting of shareholders is held in late March each year. Information regarding the date, time, location, etc. of the meeting will be provided in early March to shareholders as of December 31 of each year.

 

How can I exercise my voting rights at a general meeting of shareholders?
The notice of convocation and the voting rights exercise form for the general meeting of shareholders are sent to shareholders listed in the shareholder registry as of the close of the record date (as of December 31 for the annual general meeting of shareholders). Shareholders may exercise their voting rights by one of the following methods:
(1) Attending the meeting in person with the form
(2) Indicating for or against each proposal on the form and returning it by mail
(3) Accessing the designated online voting website and selecting for or against each proposal
