The hotel occupies the fifth floor of “JINNAN VALLEY,” a conversion project transforming a 50-year-old building led by REALGATE Inc. (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hiroshi Iwamoto). As the second hotel project under the comprehensive partnership agreement signed between the two companies in January 2026, the project combines REALGATE’s expertise in revitalizing aging buildings with SQUEEZE’s AX-driven hotel operations powered by the next-generation operations platform “suitebook.” Together, the companies are demonstrating a new conversion hotel model capable of achieving both operational viability and profitability, even within a compact urban building, at a time when the hotel industry faces rising construction costs and labor shortages.

A New Hub Connecting Workers, Guests, and Visitors to Jinnan
The property integrates a retail space on the first floor, creative offices on the second through fourth floors, and the hotel on the fifth floor. The hotel, exterior, and entrance were designed by LINE-INC. Inspired by 1970s–1980s Brooklyn, New York, the design blends the rugged character of the 50-year-old building with the street culture of Jinnan, creating a bold and distinctive space.
The property’s artwork was created by internationally acclaimed street artist Aruta Soup, who produced original works exclusively for this project.
