~Strengthening its dominant presence in Namba and expanding its operating base to enhance AX-driven multi-property operations~

SQUEEZE Inc. (TSE Growth: 558A; headquarters: Kitahiroshima, Hokkaido; CEO: Shinichi Tatebayashi), a company driving AI Transformation (AX) across the hospitality and tourism industry, today announced that it will open two apartment hotels, Minn Osaka Namba Station and Minn Namba West, in Osaka in December 2026. The two properties are joint projects with Daiichi Realtor Co., Ltd., with which SQUEEZE has a comprehensive business alliance and a capital relationship.
Both properties are developed by Daiichi Realtor and operated by SQUEEZE. With these openings, SQUEEZE will have opened four Minn properties in the Namba area during 2026, strengthening a multi-property operating model that makes use of the close proximity of its hotels. In addition to these Kansai projects, SQUEEZE and Daiichi Realtor plan to open multiple properties in the Tokyo area, building a continuing pipeline of joint hotel projects.
■ Two Distinct Minn Properties in Namba, Osaka
Minn Osaka Namba Station: all rooms unified into a single group-oriented type for efficient operations
Minn Osaka Namba Station is an apartment hotel with 27 rooms. It is about a three-minute walk from Osaka Metro Namba Station and can be reached from Kansai International Airport on the Nankai Line without changing trains.
Every room is designed with the space and furnishings for large groups, such as families and friends, to relax together in a single room, making the property specifically suited to group travel. By standardizing all 27 rooms on a single room type, SQUEEZE ensures the same quality of stay in every room while achieving both consistent service quality and efficient hotel operations.
The interiors combine traditional Japanese elements, such as shoji screens, with a contemporary exterior and design. The result is a space that feels both distinctly Japanese and urban, where guests visiting Namba, one of Osaka’s busiest destinations for domestic and international travelers, can enjoy the stay itself as part of their trip to Japan.

Following Minn Namba Nipponbashi (opened June 2026) and Minn Namba South (opened July 2026), the December openings will bring the number of Minn properties opened in the Namba area in 2026 to four. By clustering properties close to one another and combining this with cloud-based reception and remote operations, SQUEEZE is further strengthening an efficient multi-property operating model built on its dominant presence in Namba.
Minn Namba West: a wide variety of room types
Minn Namba West is an apartment hotel with 18 rooms, located in Motomachi, Naniwa-ku, Osaka. It is about a seven-minute walk from Daikokucho Station (Osaka Metro Midosuji and Yotsubashi Lines) and about a ten-minute walk from JR Namba Station and Osaka Metro Namba Station.
Room types include bunk-style rooms and one-bedroom suites with a separate bedroom. In particular, the Deluxe One-Bedroom Suite (6 beds) offers a spacious environment where even large groups can stay together in the same room.

While Minn Osaka Namba Station offers a single group-oriented room type throughout, Minn Namba West provides a range of room types to meet the diverse needs of families and groups of different sizes and travel styles.
■ The Minn Network Across Osaka and Kyoto

Area-wide coverage in Kansai, supporting trips across both Osaka and Kyoto
In the Kansai region, Minn operates eight properties in key areas of Osaka, including Namba, Umeda and Shin-Osaka, and nine properties in major sightseeing areas of Kyoto, including Gion, Nijo Castle and the Kyoto Station area (including properties scheduled to open in December 2026). With bases in both cities, Minn offers a consistent brand experience for groups traveling around Kansai, such as itineraries that start in Namba, with its convenient access from Kansai International Airport, and continue on to Kyoto. As a chain that builds coverage across whole areas rather than at isolated locations, Minn shares operational know-how and staff among properties within each area to deliver efficient and stable operations.

■ A Joint Project with Daiichi Realtor, Powered by SQUEEZE’s AX Platform
Both properties are joint projects in which Daiichi Realtor, a partner of SQUEEZE through a comprehensive business alliance and capital relationship, handles development and SQUEEZE handles hotel operations. The partnership combines Daiichi Realtor’s real estate development capabilities with SQUEEZE’s strengths in hotel operations and AX to deliver efficient operations.

The hotels will run on suitebook, the next-generation operations platform developed and provided by SQUEEZE. suitebook manages reservations, guest management, check-in, housekeeping, revenue management and accounting on a single platform. Combined with 24/7 cloud reception and remote operations, it allows SQUEEZE to run multiple properties across the Namba area efficiently.
Beyond the two Namba properties announced today, SQUEEZE and Daiichi Realtor plan to open multiple properties in the Tokyo area. SQUEEZE will continue to deepen its partnership with Daiichi Realtor and develop further hotel projects together.
